This saying ponytail streamer measures 9". (18" from end to end) The theme of this bow features the words "She adds a little sparkle" in pink with metallic foil accents printed on pink ribbon. The accent ribbons used are vibrant pink and silver glitter. The solid color ribbon can be changed to any color you like. Just choose the color you want from the drop down box. You can see the colors available in the color chart shown in the photos. If you want the bow as shown choose "AS SHOWN IN PHOTO". If you prefer to have a color of glitter other than the one shown, please message me your color choice or leave it in a message at checkout. You choose the ribbon length that works best for you. If you choose a color other than the one shown in the listing photo please watch for a message with your layout colors to approve. This bow comes on a no metal elastic that is great for ponytails. Ponytail streamers are a fun way for the girls who don't like to always wear bows to still wear ribbons.

What is the turn around time for orders?

Most orders ship within three to five business days (Monday-Friday). If you need an order shipped quicker you can choose the "RUSH ORDER with Priority Shipping" option to have your order moved to the top of the list. Please do not put notes on the order saying when you need it by. They will be ignored. Message us personally.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! You can either message me or click the request custom order button on a listing. Back bow colors and ribbon center colors can all be changed. You can choose to leave off resin centers on bows and I even order in ribbon for special requests at no extra charge to you. Just let me know what you need and I will see if I can make it happen.

My package is late or shows delivered and I didn't get it. What should I do?

If your package seems lost in the mail or shows delivered and you don't have it, YOU must reach out to your local post office. Once your order leaves my shop I have no control over it. You can find your tracking number on your order. Please call and ask the USPS and have them track down your package.

What do I as your seller do about USPS shipping delays?

Please understand that I cannot control how long packages take to arrive once they have been shipped. The USPS is taking weeks in some cases to get packages to you. I keep an eye on all packages that leave my shop. After two weeks of no movement I set up tracking notifications. If the packages do not arrive by the 30 days mark I file for a lost mail search. I communicate with customers throughout the process. If after an additional week the package has not been found I will offer the customer a refund or reship if possible.
