This heart hair bow measures 3.5". The theme of this bow features a top 3" bow with cute red hearts. The bottom 3.5" pinwheel bow is red. The printed ribbon will come as shown and cannot be changed. The solid bow color can be changed to any color you like. Just choose the color you want from the drop down box. There is a color chart in the photos so you can see the colors available and what they look like. If you want the bow as shown choose "AS SHOWN IN PHOTO". IF YOU CHOOSE A COLOR OTHER THAN THE ONE SHOWN IN THE LISTING PHOTO YOU MAY BE SENT A LAYOUT PHOTO TO APPROVE! Please watch for this message to come through so I can process your order quickly! This bow is great alone or perfect for pigtail bows, just order two! This bow is offered on an alligator clip, French barrette, FOE headband, or ponytail holder. The alligator clip is 1 3/4" and partially lined (you can request alligator clip with teeth at checkout if you prefer them) and the French Barrette is 2". The ponytail holder comes in two different sizes: TODDLER (1" round, 2mm thick) and STANDARD (2" wide, 4mm thick) that are both black in color. The headband is FOE (fold over elastic) and the colors are chosen in accordance to current stock that best matches the bow. If you choose headband PLEASE anticipate receiving a message with color choices for your bow. If I don't get a response you will receive either black or white by default. SEE PHOTO IN LISTING FOR IMAGE OF ALL HAIR ATTACHMENTS! If you choose "NO HAIR ATTACHMENT" you will receive the bow with no way to put the bow in the hair. This option is for using the bows on dresses, craft projects, and as gift bows. No slip grip is offered free for alligator clips. If you want these you can request them at checkout. Most orders ship within three to five business days (Monday-Friday). If you need an order shipped quicker you can choose the "RUSH ORDER with Priority Shipping" option to have your order moved to the top of the list. Please do not put notes on the order saying when you need it by. They will be ignored. Message us personally.
Absolutely! You can either message me or click the request custom order button on a listing. Back bow colors and ribbon center colors can all be changed. You can choose to leave off resin centers on bows and I even order in ribbon for special requests at no extra charge to you. Just let me know what you need and I will see if I can make it happen.
If your package seems lost in the mail or shows delivered and you don't have it, YOU must reach out to your local post office. Once your order leaves my shop I have no control over it. You can find your tracking number on your order. Please call and ask the USPS and have them track down your package.
Please understand that I cannot control how long packages take to arrive once they have been shipped. The USPS is taking weeks in some cases to get packages to you. I keep an eye on all packages that leave my shop. After two weeks of no movement I set up tracking notifications. If the packages do not arrive by the 30 days mark I file for a lost mail search. I communicate with customers throughout the process. If after an additional week the package has not been found I will offer the customer a refund or reship if possible.

Stephanie was soo accommodating and helpful! She took the extra time to make sure I liked how all the colors fit together by sending pictures and allowed my input.
